I have been a woodworker for over 25 years. I am entirely self taught and began by making toys for my children when they were young, the hobby has grown from there. I make all kinds of things from puzzles to ornamental wall hangings and decorations primarily using a scroll saw. I use mostly local hardwood, much of which comes form the farm where we live. Each piece is cut by hand and then sanded and polished. They are beautiful and tactile objects and make wonderful and meaningful gifts.
